Built by sellers who were tired of cloning what's already selling.
Kaldon wasn't built in a Silicon Valley office. It was built by people who have launched products, managed inventory, and stayed up at 2am optimizing PPC, and who got tired of research tools that only show you what to clone. We built the platform that finds what the market is actually demanding, and helps you ship it.
The tools all show you what's already selling. Nothing points you toward what nobody's built yet.
In 2024, our founder Sean Travis was launching his fourth eCommerce brand. He had the process down: research products in Helium 10, design the brand in Canva, write content in Jasper, schedule posts in Later, build the store in Shopify, manage ads in Meta.
Six tools. Six logins. Six subscriptions totaling $300+ per month. And the worst part: none of them talked to each other. Every time he found a winning product, he spent 200+ hours manually transferring data between platforms, re-entering the same information, and fighting to maintain brand consistency across disconnected tools.
The research was excellent. The tools were excellent. But the workflow was broken. The gap wasn't in any individual tool. The gap was between them.
So he started building. What if product research data automatically became a brand brief? What if the brand identity automatically applied to every piece of content? What if the content automatically populated a store? What if the store data automatically optimized the ads?
That question became Kaldon: a single platform where every phase of launching and growing an eCommerce product is connected. Not bolted together. Not integrated through Zapier. Connected at the data layer, so intelligence flows from research to revenue without manual intervention.
Turn the market's unmet demand into the next generation of products.
The barrier to building a new product shouldn't be how many tools you can afford, how many freelancers you can coordinate, or how well you can guess. Kaldon reads the market for you, validates what to build, finds a supplier who can actually make it, and walks you from concept to live business. The only requirement from you is ambition.
Four principles that shape every decision.
Intelligence over data
Raw data isn't useful if you don't know what to do with it. Every output from Kaldon is a recommendation, not a spreadsheet. We tell you what to do, not just what the numbers say.
Connection over collection
Features that don't connect are just features. We build every capability to feed the next one. Research becomes brand. Brand becomes content. Content becomes revenue.
Honesty over hype
We don't promise overnight success. We don't claim AI will replace your judgment. We build tools that make your judgment better and your execution faster. The work is still yours.
Accessibility over exclusivity
Professional-grade eCommerce intelligence shouldn't require a $10,000 agency retainer. First-time sellers get the same quality output as 10-year veterans.

Sean Travis
Founder & CEO
Sean has been building eCommerce businesses since 2019. He has launched products on Amazon, Walmart, and DTC, managed six-figure ad budgets, and experienced every pain point that Kaldon now solves.
Before Kaldon, Sean ran eCommerce operations for multiple brands, learning firsthand that the biggest bottleneck wasn't finding good products. It was everything that came after: building the brand, creating the content, launching the store, scaling the marketing. The tools existed. The workflow was broken.
Kaldon is the platform Sean wished he had when he launched his first product. It's built with the conviction that eCommerce should be accessible to anyone with a good idea and the willingness to work.
